This new sub-club known as Chatswood RSL Social & Recreation Club Incorporated (INC1601248) has been formed to provide members, particularly seniors, to partake in well organised outings and overnight visits to Historical Sites and places of interest.
It will provide greater scope than that offered by the Chatswood RSL Sub Branch and is open to all members.
Application forms which are available at the front and back entrances to the club and can also be downloaded from the link in the red box to the right.
They can be processed by the Membership Office at Thomas St. You must be a member of Chatswood RSL to join.

2018 ITINERARY August – December.
August – Port Hacking Harbour Cruise – Monday 20 August –
We had 20 starters for this 3 hr morning tea cruise for pensioners/seniors which made for a very comfortable cruise. For those who missed it I can assure you it is well worthwhile. The expanse of water in the area is unbelievable. We adjourned to Cronulla RSL for a very tasty lunch afterwards. A great time was had by all.
September – Hawkesbury River Cruise
We have 30 starters for this cruise on the Hawkesbury River (the Postman’s Cruise) on Tuesday 25 September 2018 commencing at 10 am. The cruise is of 3 hour duration and will include lunch. Refreshments at own cost. We have booked a 40 seater bus to take us there and back so there are still seats available. This is the last call for anyone else who would like to go. We will be closing off acceptances on Monday 17. The bus will depart from the RSL Victoria Avenue at 9am. Access to the RSL (Shades Lounge) will be from 8.40 am

AGM – Sunday 7 October in the Club’s Auditorium commencing at 2 pm.
Notice is hereby given that the AGM for Chatswood RSL Social & Recreation Club will be held at 2 pm in the Club’s auditorium.

November – Traditional Sydney Harbour Xmas Cruise – Friday 9 November –
Coach from RSL Club to McMahons Point, 3 hr cruise and Xmas fare and return to RSL Club. Approximate cost $50. You can start registering your interest now.
December – Xmas lunch at RSL Subsidised by Social & Recreation Club. Wednesday 5 December.
Cost is expected to be around the $15 mark depending on numbers. The more the numbers the less the subsidy from the Social & Recreation Club. Subsidy made possible from Club Raffle profits. You can start registering your interest now.
